– Delivery Outside Dhaka (Remote Areas): 5-7 Business Days

EXCHANGE & RETURN

You can only return a product at the time of delivery (before payment). Once your delivery person arrives, you can check the product & try it on. If it does not match your expectation, you can return it. In this condition, product must in same condition you received it.

Once the product is paid for, we cannot offer any exchange or returns.

If you received a defective / damaged product due to delivery issue, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the product on Facebook or call us, we will be happy to help you resolve the issue.
